Major Performance Developments Stainless Steel 2.5" DPF Delete Downpipe for VW Golf MK5 BLS 1.9 TDI & BMM 2.0 TDI 8V 2WD.

This MPDevelopments 2.5" downpipe is designed to be a direct replacement for the standard downpipe removing the DPF. It is hand made using stainless steel 304 including the flexi & CNC machined flange!

This downpipe fits the following engine codes. (Engine code can be found on your timing belt cover)

All our downpipes are fully tig welded and back purged to ensure a strong weld! 

Our downpipe uses a stainless steel CNC machined flange that allows the use of the original gasket and clamp.

The clamps on these models are known to become seized and break whilst removing the original downpipe. We advise selecting the clamp/gasket option above. (Clamp & Gasket only included if you select Yes to the above option)

Our downpipe will connect to your OEM/Stock exhaust or aftermarket system using the correct slip adapter. If required please select the correct adapter on this page.
